Kevin Grossman

Kevin Grossman is Vice President of Research at ERE Media, overseeing talent acquisition and candidate experience research. Formerly President of Talent Board and the Candidate Experience Awards (the CandEs), he brings over 25 years of expertise in HR, talent acquisition, and related technology. A prolific writer since 2004, he published Tech Job Hunt Handbook in 2012 and coauthored Candidate Experience: How to Improve Talent Acquisition to Drive Business Performance in 2022. He holds a B.A. in Psychology from San Jose State University, is HCI-certified in Talent Acquisition and Human Capital Strategy, and earned eCornell certificates in HR Analytics and Diversity and Inclusion. He also writes about positive parenting and personal leadership at GetOffTheGround and serves as a trustee on the Santa Cruz City Schools Board.
