Chris Miles’s mission is to help veterans and military spouses transition successfully to civilian careers and thrive in their chosen fields. He is currently the Military and Veteran Relations Manager at Sonepar USA, leveraging his 15 years of experience in human resources, recruiting, strategic analysis, operational management, personnel development, and marketing to attract, engage, and retain diverse and talented veterans and military spouses.

Previously, Chris was a Military Program Manager and Senior Recruiter at ADP RPO, where he developed and executed a high-value and high-touch veteran hiring program for Belle Tire. Chris also served as the Regional Director for ADP’s Southwest Military Business Resource Group, where he fostered a culture of collaboration, recognition, and mentorship among veteran employees and allies.

Chris is a 16-year military veteran with the US Army.

Chris is a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) and a Certified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter (CDIR) with a passion for creating inclusive and supportive work environments for military-affiliated employees.
