Allied Universal, the world’s largest physical security firm, found itself missing hiring targets. Then, Allied integrated JobSync Apply connecting their entire iCIMS application into Indeed which led to more than doubling their candidate applications. The integration not only lead to increased conversions, but allowed for more efficient processes to be implemented resulting in better experiences for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
